Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the terms and conditions governing your use and access to our products and services, including online courses, membership subscriptions, and information available through our websites and other related properties (collectively referred to as the “Courses” or “Sites”). By accessing or using the Courses and Sites provided by TabletClass.com, LLC (“TabletClass Math,” “TCMathAcademy.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Courses and Sites.

 

1. Course Access and License

1.1 Access: TabletClass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Courses for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

1.2 Restrictions: You shall not:

(a) Use the Courses for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes; (b) Reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Courses;

2. Registration and User Account

2.1 Registration: In order to access and use the Courses, you may need to create a user account on Our third-party LMS platform, Teachable. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process which will enable you to access the Courses.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You shall promptly notify TabletClass of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

2.3 User Information: TabletClass may collect and use certain personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
By using the Courses, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy (i.e. information you’ve provided during registration for accessing the Course, or in correspondence with TabletClass via online forms, email or mail).

 

3. Course Content

3.1 Ownership: TabletClass retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Courses, including all content, materials, and intellectual property rights.

3.2 Use Restrictions: You may access and view the Course content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Course content without prior written permission from TabletClass.

3.3 Accuracy: While TabletClass strives to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Course content. TabletClass shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the Course content.

 

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1 Fees: Some Courses may require payment of fees. The fees and payment terms will be specified on the TabletClass website. You shall be responsible for all applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Processing: Course fees are processed securely via Teachable (LMS) platform.

4.3 Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, all fees paid for the Courses are non-refundable. However, TabletClass may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: TabletClass retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the Courses.

5.2 Feedback: If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Courses, TabletClass shall have the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

 

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by TabletClass: TabletClass reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the Courses or your access to the Courses at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

6.2 Termination by You: You may stop using the Courses at any time. These Terms will continue to apply to your previous use of the Courses.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE COURSES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TABLETCLASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLETCLASS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE COURSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TabletClass is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

 

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TabletClass regarding the Courses and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10.3 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by TabletClass in writing.

 

By using the TabletClass Math Sites and Courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
